What was became is a body of work that is sourced from a single quilt found in a Georgia junk shop. Approximately 80 years old, it was in rough shape. The project of dissecting and exploring this object continues my work around aging and disintegration. The abstraction allows for a wider inference to decay, less personal and more global.
